Your breath is the most direct access to your nervous system.

Breathing is the one function that runs automatically and that you can still consciously control. Through it, you directly reach what’s otherwise beyond your control: heartbeat, tension, alertness.

A long, calm exhale activates the parasympathetic nervous system. Pulse drops, tension falls — in minutes, measurable in heart rate variability.

02 — UP

But cleanly.

Out of that calm, we come back up with targeted activating breathing. Alertness without the stress spike: relaxed energy instead of coffee jitters.

And trainable.

Resting heart rate, heart rate variability and CO₂ tolerance are concrete markers. Your pulse drops during the session; over weeks they improve measurably.
